In which countries do you deliver flowers?

Through our network of florists you can send flowers to almost anywhere in Peru. We currently cover the main cities of Peru. If you want to send flowers to another country, please write to ventas@peruregalo.com with your request and we will gladly help you.

What days do you deliver?

We deliver every day of the year except Sundays and holidays. If the delivery wants it for Sunday, the order has to be made 1 day in advance. In high seasons such as Mother's Day or Valentine's Day if we deliver on Sundays.


Why should I trust my order?

We are the most extensive network of florists with the longest trajectory in Latin America. We are committed to customer satisfaction and therefore we are concerned that every arrangement made in our florist shops is of the highest quality and freshness. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order please leave it to us and we will gladly take care of giving you a prompt and satisfactory solution.

Are there additional charges when completing the order?

In addition to the cost of the settlement there is a small shipping charge which varies depending on the destination city and you can see it before completing your order.

Are there additional charges for taxes?

The purchases you make at www.peruregalo.com are tax free.

How soon should I place my order?

Although we receive orders to deliver the same day if you order before 12 o'clock Eastern Time (UTC / GMT -5), it is advisable that you place your order at least two days in advance. In high seasons we recommend doing it ten days in advance since many times due to the high volume of orders received we are forced to stop receiving orders.

We handle the following delivery times:

  • Schedule 1: From 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
  • Schedule 2: From 2:00 pm to 7:00 pm
  • Schedule 3: From 5:00 pm to 10:00 pm


In what currency are their prices expressed?

All our prices are given in Soles and American Dollars. If you make the purchase from a country where the currency is different from the Dollar, your bank will be in charge of liquidating (converting) the dollars to your local currency; based on the day's exchange rate.

What forms of payment do you offer?

We currently accept major credit cards such as American Express, Visa, MasterCard, Diners and Discover. If you do not have a credit card other methods of payment are:

  • Bank Transfer: We work with banking agents such as Banco Continental BBVA, Banco de Credito del Peru, Interbank. If you want to know our account numbers send us an email to ventas@peruregalo.com and one of our agents can provide you with all the necessary information.
  • Paypal: At the time of completing your order on our website, you can choose Paypal as a payment method and pay peruregalo@yahoo.com within Paypal. Paypal is an eBay group company, a leader in online payment solutions that allows you to pay purchases made on eBay or on other websites, such as PERUREGALO.COM
  • Western Union and MoneyGram: If you wish to make your payment through Western Union please write to ventas@peruregalo.com and one of our customer service representatives will give you the steps to follow.


What are the steps to place an order?

The purchase process on our website is very simple. Just make sure you follow the following steps:

  1. Click on the arrangement image of your liking. Clicking will open another page where you will see the enlarged photo of the arrangement you want to send and a format where you must enter your data and the recipient's data.
  2. Fill out the purchase form and click on the 'Continue' button
  3. Choose the payment method that suits you and click on the 'Continue' button
  4. The confirmation page of your order will appear. If you agree with the information that appears, click on the 'continue' button to complete your order.
  5. A few seconds after placing the order you will receive a confirmation e-mail confirming your transaction.

I have problems completing my order and I do not know what to do?

If you have a problem completing your order please contact any of our customer offices and one of our representatives will take your order over the phone.

Why have not I received confirmation of my order?

If more than ten minutes have passed since you completed your order and you have not received our email with the conformation, it may have gone to your junk mail folder (Junk or Spam folder). If you find your confirmation in the spam folder please include us in your contact book to ensure you receive all of our communications. If you need us to send you the confirmation of your order again please write us to sales

Once my order is placed can I cancel it?

We will gladly help you cancel your order if you do not let it know at least one day in advance. To cancel your order please send us an email to ventas@peruregalo.com making sure to include your order number.

How can I modify an order?

We can gladly modify your order if you do not let it know until one day before the delivery date. For changes on the same day of delivery please contact us by phone to verify if you are still on time to make changes to your order.

What happens if there is no one at home at the time of delivery?

If no one is at home at the time of delivery, our florist will take the arrangement and return again later. In case the second attempt is also unsuccessful our florist will communicate with the recipient to coordinate the delivery.

By policy we do not guarantee a specific delivery time but your order will be delivered the requested day as soon as possible. The delivery time is generally from 9AM to 7PM time of the destination country and may vary depending on whether the delivery is in a residence or office. In high seasons such as Mother's Day or Valentine's Day, the delivery time may also vary.
